Tumor Modeling

Here we use modeling and simulation to aid in the development of individualized therapy protocols to minimize patient suffering while maximizing treatment effectiveness. In order to achieve this objective, mathematicalmodels need to quantify the multi-scale links of tumor tissue architecture with growth, invasion, and the underlying cellular/micro-environmental characteristics.
