Extract from PDF to Excel:

• Open your PDF file, use the snapshot tool to select a box of region and it'll copy the graph right into clipboard
• Open QPlot, switch to "Plier mode"
• Adjust axis to match graph and assign axis range; then add point to graph. read more here
• Copy series data to clipboard by CTRL-C
• Open Excel, and copy data to it by CTRL-V
